Shipping & Delivery

How long does a commission take?
Each piece is a numbered, limited-edition work made to order. After a commission is confirmed, hand-finishing, gilding, and eye-dotting take roughly 30–45 days, produced in the sequence of edition numbers.
How are consecration and delivery dates arranged?
We can help arrange the temple consecration and delivery on an auspicious date; the exact schedule is confirmed with you personally after the commission.
What delivery methods are available?
We offer personal delivery, in-home enshrinement, or collection in person at our studio; outlying islands and remote areas are arranged separately.
How is shipping calculated?
Shipping is free within Taiwan's main island. Outlying islands and overseas are quoted separately according to actual logistics.

Returns & Refunds

Can a commissioned piece be returned?
Each piece is a numbered, bespoke commission; once production has begun, it is final sale — no returns or refunds can be accepted.
What if my piece arrives defective or damaged in transit?
If your piece arrives with a manufacturing defect or transit damage, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photographs, and we will provide inspection, restoration, remaking, or assistance with a claim.
Does the 7-day right of return apply?
Under Taiwan's Regulations Governing Reasonable Exceptions to the Right of Rescission in Distance Sales, bespoke goods are not subject to the 7-day right of return. Refunds of deposits before production begins are governed by the agreement between both parties.
